Package can be cancelled with written Email from the person making the booking. The Cancellation charges per person applicable are as per the published cancellation policy below:

• Minimum Cancellation (Processing Fees) is 1,500 THB Per Person Per Tour.
• 45 -20 Days prior to Tour Start Date 25% of full tour cost.
• 19 -10 Days prior to Tour Start Date 50% of full tour cost.
• 09 -06 Days prior to Tour Start Date 75% of full tour cost.
• 05- 00 Days / No show 100% of full tour cost.
• No refund for unused nights or early check out.

In Case of the Issuance of any Domestic or International Flight Tickets, the amount of the Flights will be Non Refundable

Royal Vacation offers a very flexible cancelation policy in case the government or the airline issues a travel warning from/to your departure country and destination. We, at Royal Vacation, prioritize your well-being and safety above all else and for that reason, we have adapted our cancellation policy to reflect our values.

In the event of this happening, we will be refunding you the amount paid for the tour package or in some cases your payment will be available as future travel credit and travel voucher that can be used towards any of the destinations we operate tours in. You have the flexibility to apply this amount towards new travel services booked within 12 months. Reservations will be adjusted to reflect these travel credits automatically. Only flights’ cancellation/changing fees are charged, according to the airline’s terms and conditions, and bank surcharges fees applied on the deposit amount paid.
